  • Is it possible to request a song that is not in the repertoire?
    Yes, if it is not in our directory, simply request it a minimum of time in advance. We will listen to you and we will do everything we can to satisfy you. For weddings, we personalize the bride and groom's entrance as well as the wedding first dance upon request.
  • How long does the service last?
    Maximum 1h30 for the cocktail part. From 1 hour to 3 hours for the dancing night.
  • How much preparation time do you need?
    Preparation time may vary depending on the option chosen and the reception location. We adapt according to the technical requirements and the wishes of our customers.
  • La sonorisation et l'éclairage sont ils inclus dans votre devis?
    Oui tout est inclus au niveau de la technique son et lumières. Pour les événements jusqu'à 350 personnes, nous sommes autonomes concernant la technique son et lumières jusqu'à des jauges de 350 personnes. Pour les plus gros événements, l'appel à un prestataire technique est nécessaire.
  • What is the geographic limit for Krystal Live Band?
    Our music has no borders! We travel throughout Europe.
  • What are your cut-off times? Do you charge for overtime?
    The duration of our repertoire is adapted according to demand for the evening. Overtime hours will be billed separately, depending on their number and the time slot. This will be specifically mentioned on each quote.
  • Do you charge for travel and accommodation?
    Travel costs are included in the rate of our services. We need accommodation if the reception location is more than 100km from our home.
  • How is payment made?
    We work with a production company which is responsible for sending you the contract and the invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer, 40% is requested upon signing the contract, the balance on the day of the service.
  • Organisation
    Quelques points importants à prévoir : planning prenant en compte l’installation, l’accès, le temps du sound-check, et la désinstallation. un espace où placer l’orchestre, avec un accès à l’électricité à proximité. un accès pour décharger notre camion, un stationnement. une loge (ou pièce pour se préparer et se reposer) le repas (repas chaud à prévoir pour chaque musiciens) pour les concerts en extérieur, une solution de repli en cas d’intempérie.
  • Combien de temps à l'avance dois-je vous contacter ?
    Nos événements peuvent se caler 2 ans en avance comme d'une semaine à l'autre. Mais caler les choses en amont est toujours préférable pour une organisation bien huilée et une sérénité maximum dans le déroulement de l'événement.
